Vending Information

·      Wristbands will be worn at all times during the festival. Each vendor will receive two wristbands, which allow for entrance into the festival.

·   Tents and decorations are encouraged. We are creating a festival marketplace atmosphere. We encourage you to decorate your space! Tents cannot exceed 10x10. Please see below at the vending courtyard for 2011.

·      Vendors are allowed to start setting up Saturday, October 8th at 8:00am, with tear down starting at 9:00pm. Loading/Unloading: Willetta St. (south side of church) through gate on breezeway. It has a sidewalk and is approximately 25 feet from the vending space (Courtyard). Vendors are responsible for loading and unloading all merchandise.

·      Vendors who have not checked in by 9am on Saturday may forfeit their space and all money collected. No refunds will be given.

·      Vendors must have all merchandise and cars removed from the site and unloading area no later than 10pm on Saturday evening. No Exceptions.

·      Vendors are responsible for cleaning and disposing of all trash and debris from their vending area.

·      Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, racks, etc… Extension cords will not be provided by MECDA.

·      No merchandise will be permitted outside the vendor’s area. Aisles must be kept clear at all times. Full-length mirrors are recommended although not required.

·      Make arrangements for personnel to cover/secure your booth during performances. Extra personnel will not be available.

·      No food or beverages shall be sold by non-food vendors.

·      No personal music is to be played during the festival.
