




· Wristbands will be worn at all times during the festival. Each vendor will receive two wristbands, which allow for entrance into the festival.
· Tents and decorations
are encouraged. We are creating a festival marketplace atmosphere. We encourage
you to decorate your space! Tents cannot exceed 10x10. Please see below at the vending courtyard for 2011.

Vendors are allowed to start setting up
Saturday, October 8th at 8:00am, with tear down starting at 9:00pm. Loading/Unloading: Willetta St. (south side of church) through gate on breezeway. It has a sidewalk and is approximately 25 feet from the vending space (Courtyard). Vendors are responsible for loading and
unloading all merchandise.

Vendors who have not checked in by 9am on
Saturday may forfeit their space and all money collected. No refunds will be
given.
·
Vendors must have all merchandise and cars
removed from the site and unloading area no later than 10pm on Saturday
evening. No Exceptions.
·
Vendors are responsible for cleaning and
disposing of all trash and debris from their vending area.
·
Vendors are responsible for providing their own
tents, tables, racks, etc… Extension cords will not be provided by MECDA.
·
No merchandise will be permitted outside the
vendor’s area. Aisles must be kept clear at all times. Full-length mirrors are
recommended although not required.
·
Make arrangements for personnel to cover/secure
your booth during performances. Extra personnel will not be available.
·
No food or beverages shall be sold by non-food
vendors.
·
No personal music is to be played during the
festival.
